Jesus Restores a Demon-Possessed Man

5 Then they came to the other side of the sea into the region of the Gerasenes.

2 And immediately after Jesus got out of the boat, a man under the power of an unclean spirit met him from among the tombs.

3 His haunt was among the tombs, and up to that time, absolutely no one was able to bind him securely, even with a chain.

4 He had often been bound with fetters and chains, but he snapped the chains apart and smashed the fetters; and nobody had the strength to subdue him.

5 And continually, night and day, he was crying out in the tombs and in the mountains and slashing himself with stones.

6 But on catching sight of Jesus from a distance, he ran and bowed down to him.

7 Then he cried out with a loud voice: “What have I to do with you, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I put you under oath by God not to torment me.”

8 For Jesus had been saying to it: “Come out of the man, you unclean spirit.”

9 But Jesus asked him: “What is your name?”

And he replied: “My name is Legion, because there are many of us.”

耶稣恢复了被魔鬼附身的人

他们来到了大海的另一端，进入基拉森人的领地。

耶稣下船后，一个不洁的灵魂在坟墓中与他相遇。

他的困扰一直在坟墓中，彼时，绝无任何人能将他绑牢，即使用锁链也不行。

他过去常被锁链和脚镣绑着，但他绷断锁链，砸断脚镣，没人有力量制服他。

他昼夜不停的在坟墓和山上哀嚎，用石头劈砍自己。

但当他远远的看见耶稣， 就跑去拜见他。

然后他大声哭喊道：“耶稣，至高无上的神之子，我要怎样做才能让你在上帝面前发誓不去折磨我。”

这是因为耶稣刚才对这人说：“从这人身上出来，肮脏的邪灵。”

于是耶稣问他：“你叫什么名字？”

他回答：“我名叫群，因为我们多的缘故。”

Luke 8:32-36

32 Now a large herd of pigs was feeding there on the hillside, and they begged him to let them enter these. So he gave them permission.

33 Then the demons came out of the man and entered the pigs, and the herd rushed down the steep bank into the lake and drowned.

34 When the herdsmen saw what had happened, they fled and told it in the city and in the country.

35 Then people went out to see what had happened, and they came to Jesus and found the man from whom the demons had gone, sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed and in his right mind, and they were afraid.

36 And those who had seen it told them how the demon-possessed[a] man had been healed.

现在有一大群猪在小山坡上觅食，于是群恳求耶稣让他们进入猪的身体。所以耶稣就准许了他们。

接着魔鬼从这人身上出来，进入猪的身体。然后猪群冲下陡坡，掉进湖里淹死了。

当牧民看见发生的事，他们迅速逃进城里和乡下散播此事。后来人们出去窥探到底发生了什么，他们来到耶稣这里，找到脱离了魔鬼的那个人，他正坐在耶稣脚边，穿着衣服，头脑清醒，这使众人心里害怕。

见证了事情经过的人向他们解释，这个被魔鬼附身的人是如何被恢复的。

ps：三大教憎恶猪，所以对其灭亡毫无怜悯，当然养猪的牧民所受到的损失也没有补偿。

Legion特指古罗马的军团，在一世纪，罗马军团大约由6000名士兵组成，因此那人至少被上千只魔鬼附身，但山坡上没有这么多猪。

群的故事太经典了，在流行文化、电影、小说、游戏中都被引用的太多，因此我只能选几个有代表性的例子展示：

Legion是一个独特的geth移动平台，旨在在Perseus Veil外部运行并与有机物进行交互。

为此，它容纳了1,183个geth程序，而其他平台中只有大约100个，可以独立运行和说话。

Legion承认并认可马可福音5：9是其作为个体程序社区的存在状态的“适当隐喻”，并采用了这个绰号作为其名称。

军团临终前的疑问：Does this unit have a soul?

《战锤40,000》中，太空死灵种族Necrons在其法典资料书中引用了一句：“他们的数目是军团，名字是死亡。”

大卫·豪勒（DavidHaller），X教授的儿子，很小的时候就被诊断出患有人格分裂+精神分裂症，

他一生大部分时间都是在精神病医院出出进进，凡夫俗子的医生却把这看作是病。
